  • How do I exchange my item?
    Head to our contact section on our website. You can get in Contact with us and we will exchange your item.
  • When will my order be shipped?
    We pack and dispatch orders on the same day or next day of purchase. While we are only new kids on the block, small delays may occur - nothing too bad though. Public Holidays may add a day to your shipping order.
  • How do I track my order?
    Upon ordering you will get an email confirmation with a tracking number, where you can track your item.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
